My Purpose

The performance of New Zealand SMEs have been shite for far too long. Our productivity results have been quite frankly, woeful. Small and Medium businesses (SMEs) are in the lowest third of the OECD rankings. To achieve this, we work nearly 20% longer!! No wonder we all go home exhausted and frustrated!

It is my mission to stop this trend one business at a time. Helping owners and SME leaders to stop this cycle and make even the smallest positive change in their performance. Everything counts!

Working with Rob is simple - accessing one of the Lean services or dabble in a LEGO Serious Play workshop or facilitator training.

I work with SMEs to help them perform better. This might be a one off Lean workshop, supporting the development of our Lean Leaders through training, email support or my reflection journal. It might be taking teams through an LSP workshop to engage the team and create clarity on an important challenge for that business. There is no one size fits all approach. Every business has unique challenges and budgets. There is something for everyone!!

Lean LEGO Workshop

As much as Rob is passionate about how Lean can be an amazing way to unlock the potential of a team, it doesn't need to be boring.

This is a 3 1/2 hour workshop, actively teaching and showing teams the power of Lean Thinking. Covering the fundamental basics, teams will experience how continuous improvement works and also what changes they can make to their jobs.

LEGO Serious Play®

As a Certified LEGO Serious Play® Trainers Facilitator I run interactive sessions for teams using LEGO Serious Play® to help with strategic planning, team development and engagement, and so much more, find out here.

I also offer Facilitator training for those who want to add LEGO Serious Play® to their tool kit.

Going deep under the hood of your business, taking a leadership team through a comprehensive assessment exploring aspects of leadership, strategic planning, team and people development, continuous improvement and customer experience.
