The Competitive Systems and Practices (CSP) can be achieved at level 3 and level 4 (NZ Certificate) and level 5 (Diploma) qualifications.
Level 3 - NZ Certificate in Competitive Systems and Practices
An entry level qualification where graduates will be able to identify, analyse, implement and sustain process improvements in the workplace. They are able to understand and apply their learning within their role to increase productivity, minimise waste and increase efficiency.
Level 4 - NZ Certificate in Competitive Systems and Practices
For individuals in organisations already implementing Lean Thinking. Graduates lead activities and facilitate change in their workplace culture. Learners gain specific knowledge and skills in supporting competitive strategies to increase productivity, minimise waste and increase efficiency.
Level 5 - NZ Diploma in Competitive Systems and Practices
An advanced qualification for managers responsible for implementing a competitive systems and practices strategy within their business unit or organisation. They gain skills and knowledge to implement this strategy and produce the associated culture change.
